Policy Statement
 
St. Jerome’s University adopts University of Waterloo Policy 71, Student Discipline.
 
Notwithstanding the paragraph regarding St. Jerome’s University in University of Waterloo Policy 71, Student Discipline, all student discipline matters of an academic nature are handled under that policy.
 
The academic discipline procedure outlined in Policy 71 shall be followed at St. Jerome’s University.
 
Notes:
  1. In cases involving students registered at St. Jerome’s University, all references to Associate Dean in Policy 71 refer to the Associate Dean at St. Jerome’s University. 
  2. In cases involving Mathematics students registered at St. Jerome’s University, the Associate Dean, St. Jerome’s University and the Associate Dean, Undergraduate of the University of Waterloo Faculty of Mathematics will jointly decide which Associate Dean will handle the case.
