Visitor Parking

The Event Support Request Form streamlines communication from Event Organizers to supporting departments by providing a single location to initiate the support request process.

Event Organizers remain responsible for communicating any changes in requirements to supporting departments.

Information provided in this box will initiate an IT Jira ticket. To communicate further requests or changes please respond to the ticket associated with this request.

Once IT requirements have been submitted, a member of the IT department will schedule a consult. IT needs will be assessed and confirmed with the Event Organizer in advance to ensure requests can be met.

Facilities

Information provided in this box will initiate a Facilities Jira ticket. To communicate further requests or changes please respond to the ticket associated with this request.

Parking

Information provided in this box will be emailed to Melissa Carvalhal. To communicate further requests or changes please email Melissa .

Parking is available after 4:30pm Mon-Fri and during weekends. See Parking Guidelines on MS Teams SJU Resources for additional details.

Food Services

Information provided in this box will be emailed to Madeline Sedore, Catering Coordinator. Catering orders should be submitted directly through the Catertrax online ordering system. If the event requires a custom menu, please initiate an order in Catertrax and select "I would like to discuss a custom menu" below. To communicate further requests or changes, please update the Catertrax order and email Madeline .
