A Centre for Expertise

We foster a safe, healthy, and accessible work environment.

We build sustainable partnerships with departments, through support of the people dimensions, such as recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of University employees.

We maintain Legislation Compliance and HR Professional Knowledge.

Investing in Our Employees

We recognize employee contributions, achievements, and dedication, encouraging and supporting their growth and development within the University community.

Continuously Improving

We focus on excellence and inclusivity by continually reviewing and renewing HR business process to enhance our service to the St. Jerome’s University community.
