SJU’s decorating elves made a visit to campus in late November, bringing some holiday cheer to the Academic Centre Atrium and to the Sr. Leon White room. Student Mackenzie Peck (shown centre) took time out from studying to help (from left) SJU’s Registrar, Sue Brubacher; Manager, Outreach and Recruitment, Serena Catania; Director, Finance and Accounting, Saphron Moule; and Executive Assistant to the President, Katrina Kaczala. Special thanks to facilities staff members Wayne Hergott and Sean Olinski, for their assistance setting up the trees.

Dr. Peter Meehan responds to a toast from Board of Governors, Chair Mike Pautler at the President and Vice Chancellor's Installation Ceremony reception. The ceremony, which took place on November 4, 2021, was attended by a limited number of invited guests, including faculty, Meehan family members, and representatives from academic partners, and local government officials, due to the COVID-19 gathering restrictions and safety protocols in place. The event was recorded and can be viewed on the Message from the President and Vice Chancellor's page in this issue of Update magazine.
