EXPERIENCE GUIDE ADVICE: WAYS TO DE-STRESS DURING EXAMS
09 Apr, 2018
At SJU, we think that the people with the best understanding of the student experience are the students themselves. That’s why we’ve asked our Experience Guides, who you may meet if you come for a tour of SJU, to offer some advice on what being an SJU student is really like.

As current students, we’ve all been in your shoes at some point in the last few years, and we know how challenging the transition to university can be. That’s why we’re here to help, and hopefully, with our advice, you’ll be able to make that transition with ease and success.

This time, we asked our Experience Guides to tell us about their favourite ways to de-stress! Today marks the start of the exam period, which can come with lots of hard work and long hours of studying. During this time, it’s important to remember to de-stress and take time for yourself as well as focusing on your exams! The good news is, there are plenty of things to do around campus, or around Waterloo, when you need a break from studying! Check out what our Experience Guides had to say below!
