A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN SJU STUDENT

At SJU, every day has something different in store; you never know what you might get up to over the course of a single day! But, if you're wondering what a "typical" day might look like for an SJU student, look no further!
8:00 AM – Wake up to the sun rising and one of the best views of the whole University of Waterloo campus

8:30 AM – Grab a fair trade coffee or tea from the Funcken Café, located right on the SJU campus

9:30 AM – Attend your first lecture of the day, conveniently located just steps from your residence room

10:30 AM – Head to the SJU library to grab some resources for an assignment you’re writing, or to get some quiet studying done

11:30 AM – Meet with one of SJU’s Peer Academic Leaders to get some tips about studying for the quiz that you have coming up

12:30 PM – Get a made-to-order sandwich or wrap for lunch from the deli in the SJU cafeteria

1:30 PM – Catch up with friends in the living room on the first floor of the residence building

2:30 PM – On nice days, grab a seat at one of the picnic tables in the SJU courtyard and do some of your readings outside

3:30 PM – Meet up with friends and walk to your next class together

4:30 PM – Grab some friends and play a quick game of pick-up basketball in the SJU gymnasium before dinner

5:30 PM – Grab dinner in the SJU cafeteria; after all, you have an all-inclusive unlimited meal plan, and all of the food is fresh, local, and made-from-scratch

6:30 PM – Head back to the Funcken Café to relax or do some studying

8:30 PM – Get back to residence to settle in for the evening and relax after a long day

9:30 PM – Head downstairs to the games room or music room to relax with friends and play some ping pong or jam out with friends
