On the appropriate OUAC application, use the code 'WJA' for Honours Arts at St. Jerome's. You will receive a package of information indicating that we have received your application.
If you are interested in the Honours Arts and Business program, you must apply directly to that program using the 'WAB' code for the University of Waterloo, Honours Arts and Business. After we receive your application, we will send you a brochure from St. Jerome's. If you wish to apply to St. Jerome's, you must complete and return the tear-off registration card on the back of the brochure. To apply to a mathematics program at St. Jerome's, first apply for admission to the University of Waterloo's Faculty of Mathematics using the appropriate OUAC code.
Note: If you wish to register in a co-op math program, check the appropriate box on the OUAC form.
After we receive your application, we will send you a brochure detailing information about math at St. Jerome's. This brochure contains a tear-off registration panel which you must complete and submit to the Registrar at St. Jerome's to indicate your intention to register through St. Jerome's.
