Fall Reading Week Begins

We wish all our students a restful Fall Reading Week, September 12-15, during this designated period of cancelled classes. The university and its offices will be closed on the holiday Monday (October 11), but otherwise all services will be open and available to students during these days.

SJU students seeking support during Reading Week are encouraged to connect with the Student Affairs team

Classes Begin

St. Jerome’s University wishes all students - those engaging with us virtually and those attending in-person courses - all the best as classes begin! We are here to celebrate your successes with you and to provide support if needed on your university journey, so please remember to reach out to a member of our Student Affairs team

Fostering Inclusive Campus Communities with Sheliza Jamal

St. Jerome’s University is excited to welcome educator, speaker, and founder of CuratED Leadership Sheliza Jamal to campus (both for in-person and virtual opportunities). As an Equity and Inclusion facilitator, she will be guiding our students and members of the Student Affairs staff in conversations and opportunities to learn about and recognize instances of racism and oppression and how to respond.

Sunday Morning Gathering

All SJU Community members are invited to join Campus Ministry for our bi-weekly Sunday Morning Gatherings at 10:30 a.m. on Zoom. At each gathering we engage in lectio divina, a meditative reading practice with the Gospel from that particular Sunday. Participants are then invited to engage in discussion about our experience of that practice before closing with some time for prayer.
