Registration:

Register at any Tri-Universities Group circulation desk or to register online. Students/Faculty/Staff of the University of Waterloo including federated and affiliated colleges, require a watcard to register.

Library Account:

To find what books you have out, the status of your holds, outstanding fines, etc. click on "your library account" on the TRELLIS homepage (watcard is required)
Fines may be paid in person at the circulation desk. Payments made be made by cash or cheque, payable to St. Jerome's University.
If you have problems/questions regarding the status of your library account, please contact Lorna Rourke (519)884-8110, ext. 28271.

Request item from TRELLIS

Use this link to request books or journal articles that are available at one of the TriUniversity Group of Libraries, but not available at your home library. Be sure to specify the location you would like to pickup your items.
Note: If the item is out on loan, you may place a recall on the item. If you are requesting a journal article, use the TUGDOC request button and fill out the form.

Use this button to request books or articles not held in the TriUniversity Group of Libraries. On the next page, select the link for RACER. From RACER you may search for items and place requests for books or articles, which will be delivered to your choice of campus library location.

Audiovisual Equipment:

The Library has a full array of AV equipment, including TVs, VCRs, DVD players, CD/cassette players, slide projectors, LCD projectors, laptop computers, etc. Items may be borrowed for use in St. Jerome's classrooms and must be reserved in the library.
