Human Resources for St. Jerome's falls under the portfolio of the Director of Residences and Facility Operations, Darren Becks.
The Director is responsible for the planning, implementation and management of employee relations, non-faculty recruitment and employment, promotion of equal opportunities, orientation, the development and interpretation of HR policies and assistance with managing job performance. The HR Officer will also provide advice on employment contracts and employment standards.
