Human Resources for St. Jerome's falls under the portfolio of the Associate Vice-President of Operations and Human Resources.
Human Resources is responsible for the planning, implementation and management of employee relations, non-faculty recruitment and employment, promotion of equal opportunities, orientation, the development and interpretation of HR policies and assistance with managing job performance. The HR Manager also provides advice on employment contracts and employment standards and employee relations.
