Medieval Studies at SJU

The study of the Middle Ages has become more and more recognized as vital to a complete understanding of modern civilization. The search for the roots of our culture inevitably leads to the Medieval world which both preserved and enlarged upon the classical heritage.

The University of Waterloo and St. Jerome's University offer a program in Medieval Studies which provides students with an opportunity to explore the many aspects of this formative period. Making use of various resources within the university community, this program takes an interdisciplinary approach which allows students to follow a course of studies most appropriate to their own interests.
