Last year's group of Beyond Borders students have returned from their placements. They hosted a wonderful dinner where they auctioned off artifacts they brought back from different countries, at the University Club on Friday, November 27, 2009. There were also other awesome items up for auction that were donated by local business and individual donors. The 2009 alumni shared their riveting experiences and raised over two-thousand dollars for the 2010 group of students! Congratulations!
Congratulations to Denise who submitted the winning Beyond Borders t-shirt design! T-shirts are now available for twenty dollars and all profit goes to support Beyond Borders. If you are interested in purchasing a t-shirt, please contact Elyse Redden or stop by her office (STJ 2003).
