The D.R. Letson Community Centre on the St. Jerome’s campus features a market-style cafeteria that offers a wide selection of meal options for all conference guests. Meal packages are available offering three meals a day or individual meals may be purchased separately. Meal times can be modified to suit the itinerary of your conference.
Reasonably priced hot and cold refreshments can be provided for your conference guests at any time during the day or evening. For more information about specific food requests, please contact the Conference Coordinator.
There are several locations where you can enjoy a special catered meal suited to your conference. For larger groups, the D.R. Letson Community Centre can accommodate 300 guests. The Sr. Leon White Room is ideal for groups up to 100 to be seated at round tables. Smaller groups of up to 14 can be elegantly served in the President’s Lounge.
Buffet and sit-down service is available for larger banquets. Several varied meal selections are available for you to choose from. Our chef is more than happy to create individualized meals to suit your needs, and to accommodate special dietary requirements and food allergies.
Receptions can be accommodated in several venues indoors as well as in our outdoor courtyard. Trained bartenders are available to serve your guests. There is a wide selection of hot and cold hors d’oeuvres that can be prepared by our chef per your request.
