St. Jerome's University is federated with the University of Waterloo and conveniently located in the heart of the main campus. During the summer term (May - August), one of our residence buildings, Sweeney Hall, is reserved for conferences and can accommodate up to 130 guests in both double and single rooms.
All meetings, seminars, and lectures can be located on the St. Jerome's campus in buildings adjacent to the residence used by conference guests. All meeting rooms and common rooms in the residence and the administration building are wheelchair accessible.
Kitchener-Waterloo offers a variety of activities and entertainment for people of all ages. Our Conference Coordinator will gladly recommend options available in the region.
